Sunday (June 17, 2018) is celebrated as Father's Day in many countries including India. On this day On this day, children celebrate their father in the form of respect and love. Children plan to surprise their father, give them gifts as soon as the father gets up, try to spend the whole day with the father and party plans. This year, 109th Father's Day is being celebrated. First of all, the 5th July 1908 was celebrated in Monongah, West Virginia in the United States.

A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavour by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts

God, is very Kind | short story

One day, a person lost his one leg. He repeatedly thanked God : “O God ! You’re very merciful and kind .” One man asked  him , “How can God be kind and merciful when he has taken your leg? ” His answer was plain , “He has power and could have taken both my legs but he is kind and merciful, so he has taken only one .”

After a few years , he lost the other leg too . This time also he thanked God for his mercy and kindness . The man asked him again , “ How can God be merciful and kind when he has taken both your legs? ” His reply was the same, “ God is powerful. He could have taken my hands too but he has mercy and kindness , so he took only my legs . ”

It so happened that in another accident he lost both the hands . Again he thanked God for being kind and merciful . He was again asked , “How can God be merciful and kind when he has taken both your legs and both your hands? Now, you can do nothing. ” He was un-shattered . His reply was the same , “God is powerful. He could have taken my life but because he is kind and merciful, so he took only my hands.” It’s an example of extreme faith. Hindus have faith like this.

Moral- With kindness of God, one gets divinity.

Take care of your parents, treat them with kindness

Pencil: I am sorry…

Eraser: For what ?

Pencil: I am sorry, you get hurt because of me…Whenever I make a mistake, you’re always there to erase it, but as you make my mistakes vanish away, you lose a part of yourself and get smaller and smaller each time…

Eraser: That’s true, but I don’t really mind, You see, I was made to do this, I was made to help you whenever you do something wrong, even though one day I know I will be gone… I am actually happy with my job… So please, stop worrying I will not be happy if I see you sad.!

Reflections: Our Parents are just like the eraser, where we are the pencil… They’re always there for their children, cleaning up their mistakes… Sometimes along the way they get hurt and become smaller (older and eventually pass on).

Moral-

Take care of your parents, treat them with kindness and most especially love them.

It is said that be good and don’t worry about the results

If you ask me, I have only now fully understood the meaning  of this line

A hassled 20 year old  boy came to my shop today

He frantically gave me a prescription , the bill of which came to Rupees 2000

As he took out the money from his pocket , I realized that he was short in cash the chemist

Seeing his dejected state , remind me of a similar incident in my life 12 years back

When I was suffering from typhoid

My older brother took me to the chemist shop.. However , we did not have the enough money to pay the bill.

We told to  the chemist this but as well all know there are all kind off people in this world .

The chemist washed his hands off the whole thing, but a noble man standing Close  decide to help us.

He cleared our whole bill and when my brother said thank you to him, he simply smiled and said that is only Goodness that has the power to  change the  world.

I quickly took whatever money the boy offered and asked him to leave saying  that its ok, It is only goodness that has the power to change the world.

Don’t know why, but this action of mine gave me ultimate happiness

What that man said to me that night stuck in my head forever. I try and help anyone whenever I can with the hope of reaching that man one-day.
